Your Fresh Photos will show all photos which have at least the minimum number of views. You can change the minimum number of views by using your admin panel to adjust the settings for that module in the Layout screen.

This seems like a very simple procedure. Have I missed some documentation somewhere? I've looked all over but can't find anything. Are you just learning as you go or is there something I've missed. I have quite a few more questions.
